"Brittany accommodated us in a last minute situation where our first RV rental (another renter) was wrecked when someone crossed the median and struck our vehicle. My family was stranded on the side of a desolate highway in the dark. The next morning I found Brittany’s rental from our hotel and she made every attempt to help us rescue our vacation. She even had someone come pick me up from our location 30 minutes away. The RV was shorter in length than our first rental, but the amenities were much nicer and we were much happier with it. I had an electrical problem that was solved so quickly that I had the technician look at a small but persistent leak that I have been unable to locate. He found it right away and fixed that as well. "Very happy with this company and Chris our technician. On a trip with a stop in Sebastian and noticed a leak in the ceiling of our RV bathroom. Called and got an upfront service call quote and a promise of same day appointment plus friendly communication with Chris to let us know when he would arrive. First guess was the AC gasket issue, which Chris tightened up, but also examined the roof where he discovered the real culprit, a tiny hole. He took care of it with a sealant, caulked around some other spots. But best of all, told/showed us what we can do and products we need to maintain our roof ourselves.Took his time pointing out potential trouble spots. Thank you Chris!
