Policies

Renter must be 21 years of age or older. All drivers of the tow vehicle or a motorhome must have a valid driver’s license. Renters must have working seven pin round trailer connections. Travel trailers have a two day minimum to rent and Motorhomes have a three day minimum.

All renters that are towing or driving an RV are required to have an insurance policy in place. We provide different options for insurance to give you peace of mind on your journey during your rental period. If you have an auto insurance policy, you can check with your agent to see if you are covered to drive a rental RV. If you have coverage, Double Palm RV Rental will need an email with your policy information from your agent. If you have delivery, you are not required to get insurance. 

At the time of booking, a non-refundable amount of 25% of booking total is charged as a deposit to hold the reservation and will act as a credit towards your reservation. Fourteen days prior to pick-up, the reservation remainder will be charged in full and become non-refundable.

Two days prior to your reservation, a security deposit authorization will be placed on a credit card on file. The security deposit is released within 7 to 10 business days once the camper is returned clean and undamaged.

There is a checklist in each unit that must be completed before check out or you will be charge an addition fee.  The check out list will include stripping the sheets, washing dishes, sweeping out the unit, removing of trash and all your belongs to name a few. 

We love our pets. We are pet friendly with no charge. However if you have a dog that sheds, there could be an additional fee for cleaning. If we have to wash the sheets more than once and can’t remove the hair, you could be responsible for the price to replace them.

There will absolutely no smoking of any kind in our RVs. If you smoke in our units, you will be charged your full amount of your security deposit.

You are welcome to cancel your reservation at any time; we understand things come up.  Your booking deposit of 25% is non-refundable. We will be more than happy to change your dates to accommodate your trip.  Reservations are non-refundable within 14 days of your departure date.

If the event of a Hurricane or Natural Disaster, the campground you are booked at must close.  Once they close, you will receive a full refund.
