We are located in Micco, Florida. We deliver up to 30 miles from our location. Long Point Park and Sebastian Inlet are great locations to visit.

Yes, you are welcome to go anywhere in the U. S and Canada. Trailers are free mileage. Motorhomes will receive 200 free miles a day any additional miles will be an additional fee.
Yes, each unit has its own towing equipment. That includes a hitch and ball, a sway controller and weight distribution system.
Yes, you are required to dump the black, grey, and fresh water tank before you return the unit. If you do not you will be charged an additional $100 fee. If you have delivery, dumping is included.
All units have propane tanks on the front of them. The propane runs the oven, water heater, and heat. If you have a site with electric, the water heater can run off electric.
Awnings are great for those nice sunny days when you just want to relax outside in the shade. Unfortunately, a broken awning can put a real damper on any day.
You are more than welcome to use the awning however you are accepting all responsibility of the awning. They are not covered by insurance, so it will be deducted off your card on file.
To keep the awning safe, put the awning in when you go to bed or if you leave the camp site. This is Florida, and the wind can pick up without warning causing damage to the awning. If a rainstorm is coming, the awning should be retracted in.
It can take anywhere from 6 to 12 hours to cool down an absorption RV fridge. You can pack gel packs to absorb the heat to help it cool down faster. If the fridge is a residential fridge, it can take just a few hours to cool down.
Yes, all rentals have an air conditioner and a heater. The air conditioner operates using electricity or a generator. The heater operates using propane.
Absolutely NOT. If you move the trailer after you received delivery, it will not be covered under insurance. If you cause any damage, you will be complete liable for the damage. You will also be charged a $250 fine.
Generators are $3.00 an hour to run.
